The local computational networks with distributed processing are analysed. Analytical and simulation models to evaluate the time characteristics of operation and loading for the network devices with distributed computing, are proposed. Results of investigating the analytical and simulation models are given. Adequacy of the models and possibilities of their practical application, are demonstrated.
