Yu.V. Salnikov (b. 1944) graduated from the Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1968. Ph. D. (Eng.), senior researcher, ass. professor of “Laser and Optical-and-Electronic Systems” department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of about 70 publications in the field of the technology of manufacturing, inspection and assembly of optical elements of laser and optical-and-electronic devices and systems.
