(Eng.), leading researcher of "Radio Electronics and Laser Technology" research institute of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Winner of Lenin's Komsomol Prize. Recipient of Frish Medal of Optical Society n.a. D.S. Rozhdestvensky. Author of 150 publications in the field of optoelectronics and laser technology.
